He has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and always studies current trends and breakthroughs in the industry. Kirk utilizes advanced movement analysis and muscle testing to assess various sites of muscular weakness, muscular and fascia tightness, and muscular imbalances within the human body.

When designing a personal fitness program for you Kirk designs a truly unique and varied strength and flexibility program that will bring your body into a state of balance.  Kirk has experience working with a range of clients helping them achieve their goals in weight loss, postural correction, post-rehabilitative exercise, increased lean muscle mass, improved sports performance, and injury prevention.
